
YoWindow will not load
YoWindow will not load
I have an ipad 3. YoWindow will not load. When I open the app I just get a blue screen. I deleted and reinstalled the app. It worked once then would not load when I opened it a second time. Just got the blue screen again. Please help. I love this app.

This blue-screen problem is very rare and we want to fix it as much as you are, probably even more.
To fix the problem I need as much information as possible from you.

Can you please join our beta-testing program so we can send you a diagnostic version of YoWindow that will help us to find the details of the problem?

Then wait for me to send you the diagnostic build.
Please answer the following questions
1. Which version of iOS is installed on your iPad?
2. Which location is selected in YoWindow?
3. Which language is set on your iPad?
4. Do you hold iPad vertically or horizontally when you launch YoWindow?
5. Have you altered YoWindow default setup after you launch YoWindow for the first time?
6. Have you selected location manually?
7. Did you choose another landscape besides Village?
Can you send a screen-shot of YoWindow at the moment you launch it for the first time?
If you don't want to share information publicly, please send the screen-shot other info to support@repkasoft.com
