add location

I have been trying to add 4490335; Sapphire_NorthCarolina/USA along with two other cities there since early Dec. they show up under general location with the temp in Celeous vs Fahrenheit which I want to change but I also would like to add that site to my personal YoWindow so I can see the snow and temp without out going into your add location site to see it

it was for the 4409355 - Sapphire but I am sure someone will use the other city - please tell me how I can add this to my weather ?? or will it take some time to show to pull into my personal weather cities ??

Hi Annette,

If you are using the Desktop, do the following.

Completely exit from the Desktop using Ctrl+Q.
Completely clear your Internet Cache.
Press Ctrl+F5.
Restart YoWindow.
