Can't add Location

Hello,
If I try to add a new location by pressing the plus-button I get to a screen titled 'Länder' (country in german) but the screen is empty - therefor I can't go to Germany and add the new location '2863652; Aschau im Chiemgau/Bavaria/Germany' (thank you for adding that location!)

Please tell us what version of YoWindow you are using, including the buildnumber.
Also the Windows version would be welcome.
Do you have a constant internet connection?

I'm using the latest version for iOS (iPad 3) - couldn't find a version-number in the app...
Yes, I have a constant internet connection.
