I tried the steps below but still can't see it on the list, am I missing something?

1. Exit YoWindow
2. Clean Internet Explorer browser cache.
3. Open YoWindow.

Running windows 7 with IE10

any help would be much appreciated....

selected that, still no luck, Its like its not getting refreshed. Is there any files that I can delete etc that would help?

Hi Chad,

Go thru your steps again and add one more step.

1. Exit YoWindow with Ctrl+Q.
2. Clean Internet Explorer browser cache.
3. Press Ctrl+F5.
4. Restart YoWindow.

Can you find your location now?
