YoWindow Aktualisierung funtioniert nicht?

Trotz Update und Neuinstallation funktioniert die Aktualisierung nicht.
Letzte Aktualisierung meist 5-6 Stunden alt.

Der Support von YoWindow gab bisher nur erfolglose und leere Antworten.

Meine Version ist:
YoWindow 3S Build 150/Unlimitierte Version

Was kann ich tun?

This statement is an outrage!

I had a lot of mails with this guy. He is not willing to support the proposals for solutions. So I had to find out step by step (mail by mail) what his problem is and which locations he was talking about.
All locatioins he told me (Ingolstadt, München, Weilheim, Palma, Košice, Benidorm) had no problems with reliability! My last mail from 2.9. was without feedback.

He wrote also, that he couldn't find help here in the forum ... but he signed in today for the first time!
