Pictures won't fit screen

Hey - I've got a little Problem. Why won't most of the Pictures I've downloade from YoWindow Landscape Collection and my own Pictures not fit my Screen including? The only one I've found that fit is the Picture of Capitol. I've got a HP TouchSmart IQ522sc PC and no matter what resolution I use there is black Striper in the Sides. I've tried to reduce my Pictures from 3264 x 2448 to 2872 x 2154 but it doesn' help. Every thing is working perfect on my Samsun Netbook N210. Anyone who's got an Idea? Suggestions would very much be appreciated.

YoWindow does not stretch or compress custom (picture) landscapes because that would distort the picture, so when a picture does not fit the screen there will be black pillars. Assuming you are viewing YoWindow in full screen, you will have to cut and/or resize your pictures in a photo editor so that they are the same aspect ratio as your screen in order to get rid of the black pillars.
