Yes, Racibórz is in the database, but when I go to: Location ---> Properties and look for the "name" of this writing, the weather is displayed for the city of Ostrava away from Raciborza about 43 km.
Is it possible to receive weather directly from the city when the goods are located (Racibórz)?

YoWindow gets the current conditions from your location's closest METAR station. http://yowindow.com/help.php#q2
Your closest METAR station is OSTRAVA MOSNOV, Czech Republic (LKMT).
YoWindow also has the capability of getting the current conditions from a PWS.
