I don't think this is a German specific error since when I set German locale the error is not seen.
I think it is location of weather specific.
What is your location?

Can you repeat the error easily?
Can you see it in LIVE mode as well as for Forecast?

my location is Friedrichsfelde, its also when I changed to another location (for example New York City).

I can repeat the error easily. Its in the both modus (Live modus and forcast modus).
