Please check that Tutorial looks and feels perfect in your language.

- user unit system detected with greater precision

- FIXED: Forecast Panel occasionally is not updated properly when date changes in the midnight.
In this build I have added preventional code to avoid this error.

- FIXED: YoWindow can hang up when it starts and there is a thunderstorm.

There is no translations in dutch. The tutorial is in english

oh well, the most important feature of ghe build was broken, ironically.
I have already noticed this error. Will be fixed next build.
