0.0.25 Forecast Panel improved

- Forecast Panel: empty cells in the end are not displayed anymore.
Forecast Panel was significantly modified.
Please give it a good test, I'm not sure if it is going to work stable enough.
- FIXED: Snow, Rain and stars are not updated when location is switched.

Yes, this is the correct build.
If you see no changes that means I did the job right

Previously in Forecast Panel the last several tiles were displayed empty.
It was not a pleasant picture.
So we decided to remove the empty tiles.
Now they are not displayed at all.

Yeah, I forgot about iPad.
This version of YoWindow is targeted to iPhone and iPod touch.
For iPad we are going to make a different user interface.
So the empty tiles on iPad is not a big deal now.
