- Smooth screen rotation
- FIXED: YoWindow crashes to black screen after a sequence of device rotations and native UI invokations (options view or locations view).

Herman, can you test it?

- YoWindow.com link added
- Wait screen layout adjusted
- Location Chooser: "World" label changed to "Countries" for clarity
- After location is added editing mode is automatically finished
- Location Organizer: left and right buttons exchanged
