show time (24 or 12h) on minimized tray

Just have begun to use the App.... and love it!!! Thank you. Suggestion: how about displaying, as an option through the Options menu (View -> Inspector), the time (in 12 or 24 hour mode) in the minimized task-bar rollover? That would be nice option/feature to have available with the many choices already available... Thank you again, and keep up the great work!!!
