Update Error

I just bought YoWindow yesterday. It was working fine until this morning and now the weather won't update - I get "Update Error" by the recycle arrow. I installed Google Earth this morning, if that has anything to do with it. Thanks in advance.

Hi Susan,

What location are you viewing when this happens? Does it happen when viewing a different location?

I have it loaded both in my chrome as an extension and also it resides in my task bar. It's the task bar version that's not updating.

I just checked and it appears to be updating now - although when I logged this ticket, if you will, it had been in an error state for over 6 hours. Thanks for your help

What are the name of the towns that you are viewing when you get 'Update Error'?
