RC b113 - no scrollbars in adding-location-dialog

When adding a new location there are no scrollbars anymore.

Does your computer have a touch screen?
Can you take a screen-shot of location choice window?

Here are the screenshots:

it's on Win8 / desktop - and no touch-screen (would be nice on a laptop)

You just have experienced "touch" mode of location chooser

I have already found the cause of the problem.
Will be fixed in the next build.

cannot repeat this effect on WIN 7. The scroll bars are visible:
