Updating Weather Problem

Everything was fine until a few days ago. Then I started getting an error. I use the YoWindow widget and I also use the YoWindow program. I used the old version of the YoWindow program so I upgraded to the latest version hoping that would fix the problem. So the version I am now using is 2.0, build 298. I am still experiencing the same problem It says weather expired and the weather will not update. With YoWindow, I monitor the weather of 2 nearby cities. The first city shows the error. But strangely, the second city does not have this problem.
The program shows this error all the time. But the widget only shows the error some of the time.

Thank you sir. The location I was having the problem with was Geonames-ID: 4305823 ; Renfro Valley/Kentucky/USA. I have used many weather programs for 15 years and they all will use the ICAO of KLOZ as default. So did YoWindow. But I am not that close to KLOZ. I am a bit closer to KSME. So I changed the ICAO as you suggested to KSME. This solved the problem and YoWindow is operating perfectly once again. Not only does this solve the problem but it also gives me better and more accurate weather. Thank you.
