the forecast is mostly right except that it says it is always a clear sky in winnipeg/manitoba/canada and its has been overcast for the past two weeks

Hi Chantel,

Welcome to YoWindow.

The METAR station that is being used for your location is CXWN Winnipeg Forks. This METAR station is not supplying sky conditions currently. I checked 2 other METAR stations in your area.

While you are looking at Winnipeg on YoWindow, click on Location on the Menu Bar and then click on Properties. Change your METAR station to CYWG which is Winnipeg International Airport. This one is giving sky conditions. Compare the 2 stations for temperature.

Let us know how this works out for you.
