cloud direction, and no rain chance % showing

hello,
my first question is that my city, palm beach, florida (PBI and zip 33401) doesnt show the rain chance %, which second to temperature is the most important thing to me for weather since storms can pop up quick during the summer. PBI uses the normal weather plotting stats that work in the dozens of weather apps ive ever used but for some reason nothing shows up in yowindow for rain chance %, so i wonder what i can do to fix this?

second, sometime in the future it would be neat to have the clouds moving in the actual direction of the wind. for now they move only according to wind speed, but if i am looking north in youwindow, it would be nice and informative to see, if the wind was southward, then the clouds coming towards me onscreen, if the wind is NW, then to see the clouds moving away from me and leftward at the same time, and so on. for now the clouds move left/right east/west, but to see them in the true direction would be neat.

also, as another minor tweak, for scenes which have trees that blow in the wind, to have them move likewise in the direction as the wind is blowing, and also if the wind is blowing left to right, then have the trees move separately as if the wind was moving through them in order; for now they all move at the same time left/right and not one at a time as the wind moved through....again though thats a minor tweak not an issue.

but i would love to finally get to see rain chance %, which ive never seen since over a year ago when i got yowindow but always thought at some point it would start working,

When I move to a day with forecast rain I see Rain Chance % in the inspector.

Added: Oops, when I look in the options, this is only for NWS forecasts. There must be an issue when getting the forecast from yr.no that makes this impossible. Pasha will have to answer tell us for sure.

Exactly, Jim, yr.no does not provide precipitation chance.
At least as far as I know...

thats sort of odd for a weather service to not mention chance of rain, here its what people seem to want to know the most, what the chance of rain is for their day ahead.
i have NWS chosen for getting the forecast, and of course NWS lists chance of rain for everywhere in the US, so should i be seeing the chance of rain listed in yowindow then? id love to get the % working for florida, id chose that over any other meteorological event had i the choice....thanks for checking into this; does this mean not just me, but other US cities cant see their chance of rain?

You should be able to get what you want. In the options you'll want to make sure you're set to use the NWS, then for the inspector tick the option to show the Rain Chance %.

yes, ive had those selected since i got yowindow in dec 2010, and chance of rain has never showed up for me in xp or win7, in any of the revisions of yowindow over time. all other ones relevant show up except rain change. im hoping somehow to resolve this because its what i check the most daily, since i know itll always be 'hot' its just a question of if it might rain today or in the week ahead. ive tried other cities in the US and those dont show % of rain either...

I see it when I move forward on the forecast bar to a day when rain is forecast. Then it shows up in the inspector. When viewing the current weather live and it's raining, of course there's no reason for it to be there. This could be an issue for Pasha to help with.

hmm, i dont see it on days/nights with 20%-50% chance of rain, well or ever for that matter.
even if it is raining (as per the animation) 'today' or 'tonight' or 'now' it should still show the rain chance. just as if it is windy, the wind shouldnt be hidden, if it it hot, the temperature doesnt hide, same with humidity, and so forth.
it would be nice to see the text of chance of rain, and since yowindow shows an animation of rain i take it to mean yowindow is getting the correct 'current' night/day from NWS, its just not passing it as text. the only times weather stations, or programs, or websites dont show rain % is if it is 0% or 10%, but shows when 20% and above
