I Want My YoWindow - Need Help From Developer

I think everyone has a start page in their computer browser. I think everyone knows what a browser start page is. I have a Dell computer, so my start page is http://www.google.com/ig/dell
This is a Dell company start page that is run by Google. But Google has their own start page. It is http://www.google.com/ig
See the difference? The difference is the Dell start page has tabs at the top for us Dell computer users. Users may customize these start pages by adding widgets of their choice so they have information of their own choosing at their fingertips.
I believe the widgets are submittted to Google by someone, most often the program developers. When you go to http://www.google.com/ig you can easily add the YoWindow widget to that start page. I have already done so.
But I own a Dell computer. So my start page is http://www.google.com/ig/dell which has the Dell tabs at the top of the page for us Dell owners. But for some unknown reason, you can NOT add the YoWindow widget here. I don't know why the YoWindow widget would be available for http://www.google.com/ig but not available for http://www.google.com/ig/dell
So I am asking or suggesting that the developer please add his YoWindow widget to the Dell part of the Google start page so I can add it to my Dell start page. Please?
Or at least tell me how I can move the YoWindow widget from the http://www.google.com/ig page to the http://www.google.com/ig/dell page. I have been unable to do so. Thank you.
