Allow fireworks to be permanent

I have the Unlimited Edition, but I don't know if that matters here.

The fireworks thing is neat, but I'd like to have it appear without having to type "firework" every time, especially in screensaver mode. There ought to be an option to add fireworks -- maybe on the Landscape pulldown, or in the Settings (screensaver).

Fireworks was meant to be a surprise feature.
A rare thing, like in real life.
But we will probably rethink this approach later.
