Widget is out of order temporary

Our hosting provider Hetzner just have turned off the server where YoWindow widget is hosted
They say it is because security violations.
Probably our server was hacked.
But I did not understand what went on and what should I do to solve the problem.

Have not idea when I can fix this but now this is the most important task and I'm working on it.

Sorry to all our friends, this was a surprise for me as well as for you.

UPDATE
I expect to fix the widget and its server tonight.
The server will be reinstalled because I was not able to understand the source of the problem.
Guys, if anyone of you is an expert with network administration or server hosting please reply to this post.

I hosted all my custom website there since more than 10 years without any problems and the technical support is professional.

Today Hetzner suddenly locked one of our webservers.
As far as I understand, they have detected that that the server is behaving bad.
But I do not understand why and how to solve this.

This is what they said

Werner, thanks for the tip.
I like Hetzner, and they probably made this lock because of good reasons.
If just need to understand how we can avoid a problem like this in the future.

I have visited the hoster page, but everything is in German.
I think this is not an option since they probably would not be able to provide technical support in English.
And there's one thing that I like about Hetzner is the prices.

It's 1 AM here.
I have reinstalled the widget server.
Looks like it is now working properly.

What type of setup does your server have as far as operating system. Also do you use any type of control panel? How many IP addresses are you assigned?

Hey Phil, I have sent you an email with detailed information, since it probably not a good idea to share our server details on the forum.

We were assigned 1 IP address.

I manage server with control panel provided by Hetzner.

The server is running on Ubuntu 12.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz
