si pero la que esta pone que pertenece a la provincia de salamanca y eso es erroneo esta en la provincia de caceres extremadura por eso volvi a solicitar la correccion

It's very hard to understand what you are writing, specially because it's not in English.
Maybe this is what you mean:

YoWindow takes it's weather information from METARs.
Any location that's in the database gets the nearest METAR attached.
In your case thats the METAR LESA, which is in Salamanca.
There is no METAR closer to Navalmoral de la Mata then LESA.
I'm sorry but re-adding your location wouldn't change a thing.
