In your FAQs, you write, "In YoWindow for Windows you can set a photo or picture as the landscape. The picture will be covered by rain, snow or mist depending on the weather. It will fade-out in the night and fade-in on the sunrise."
I've followed the link to YoWindow for Windows, and downloaded the program. But I don't see how to insert my own photo. One problem may be that the task bar above showing "Program, View, Time, Location and Help" are not working.
I'm using Vista Ultimate as my operating system and have 256 MB RAM.
Thanks in advance for your help. M.

Re: set a photo or picture as the landscape
Hello!
YoWindow is running impropertly on your system.
I have been reported this problem before.
Unfortunately I do not know why does this happen and how to fix this.
I may only guess.
Most probably some other software prevent YoWindow from working propertly on your system.
Maybe you have an old Flash Player version?
YoWindow uses Flash Player for Internet Explorer to display the picture.
Please visit this link with INTERNET EXPLORER
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html
It will show you the version number, please tell me the version number.
If there was no this problem, you will be able to add your own picture to YoWindow.
Sorry about this problem.
One more guess.
Does the main-menu work if you put YoWindow to full-screen mode (press F11 key) ?
Guys, maybe you can help?
Can you guess why the main menu is not clickable?

I don't know it either, but maybe 265 MB RAM is a little bit insufficient?montaguelord wrote:I'm using Vista Ultimate as my operating system and have 256 MB RAM.
Anyhow i appreciate montaguelords knowledge to run Vista Ultimate with this small amount of memory

Agree, sounds impressive

Re: set a photo or picture as the landscape
Thanks for the suggestions. I uninstalled the Flash Player, rebooted and installed the latest version. Also checked my memory (RAM): it's 4 GB (sorry about the earlier misinformation). I'm running IE8 with most add-on's disabled. Still have the same problem about not being able to open the menu items on the top row. Great program, though. Thanks for trying to help.
Re: set a photo or picture as the landscape
This is a script problem, you'll have time to look in the settings in adobe, this script slows down the computer and again, because when you activate this script will also run yowindow
I just got a got a message that the computer slows script from adobe
this script if I do not finish the computer might stop responding
So I switched from the script, and now I can click in the top bar and nothing more
has been rather random, I think he has the problem
edit:a complete restart of the program is fixed for me at least, the errors, and it is the same as before
perhaps that happened to him and he must not automatically activate the script first?

Marcus, I didn't think about the problem in this direction.
That might be the cause of the problem.
That might help me to find the cause of this error.
Thank you!
