yesterday not good !! pc infected ?? need to remove subscription ... how is this done ? having difficulty "user control panel " is complicated to say the least ... please help me .

spammer message when opened ...through my pc into infected mode . I have removed infection , but pc is still acting unstable and will now restore to a more stable time frame . I CAN NOT REGAIN FORMER BROWSER !!! IS this understanding "enough" Mr. Mallorca talk to Pasha AND get in the loop ...
