I had to re-install yowindow now I have lost all my locations and keep getting weather expired, I have payed for the full program. What has happened?

Why did you 'have' to re-install?
What version and buildnumber are you using?
What windows version are you using?

I downloaded the latest version of yowindow as requested when I switched my computer on today, from then on everything went all to cock.

I suppose you have upgraded from version 2 to 3, have you?

sorry, I am running windows XP. I did the upgade as you said.

Oke,

The only thing I can suggest is:

1 - Uninstall YoWindow
2 - Disable your Antivirus program (temporarely)
3 - Reinstall YoWindow
4 - Enable your Antivirus program again

You will have to reinstall your locations too.
