Hi Pasha,
Every now and then people can't find their location in the database, allthough it is there.
We have to tell them to select All locations then.
Would it be possible to have All locations selected as standard?
Thank you in advance,
Fred

Re: Looking for a location
Hey, Fred!
Well, this is kind of complicated question.
A double edge sword so to say.
When "All locations" is selected there are significantly more items in the location list.
It is much harder to locate a place in this case.
I'm afraid we will receive even more complaints from people who cannot find Moscow or Chicago.
Because the list gets long too much.
Yes, it is possible to change the default scope of locations.
But I'm afraid of doing so.

Hi Pasha,
I'm not sure if that's the case.
It might be that people are not aware of pressing the first letter of their location in order to find it quicker.
Maybe we should emphasize this.
Thanks anyhow.

Yes, I do also lookup locations by pressing the first letter.
Oh well... we need to think about this.
