METER Code Not Recognised

I leave in Kharagpur, West Bengal, India. the METER code nearest to me is VEDX. But Whenever i give this METER code the Yo window updates the weather as usual but shows an error in Updating....instead if i give the METER code VECC which is of Kolkata, West Bengal, India, the Yo Window recognizes it and weather is successfully updated. But in this way am not getting the exact weather of my location....please help! i am using a full version of Yo window.

I see your problem, but i have no solution yet.

The default METAR-Code for Kharagpur (in YoWindow) is VGZR, but that is located in Bangladesh. So VECC (Kolkata) is nearer but still about 60 kilometers away.

VEDX is the military airport nearby Kharagpur - maybe their weather-messages are not available to the public? (see attached screenshot).

So VECC / Kolkata is currently the "best" solution for Kharagpur at the moment.
