Surprises? How to access?

Is there a way to see 'surprises' by typing something?
I know, by typing 'fiesta', hot-air ballons appear.
Are there others, and what do I type?

fiesta: many balloons.
amelie: animated clouds, only when cloudy weather, not rainy.
