[FIXED] Millie has stopped

Post by hermanz »

Hi Pasha :good:

I click on Millie and Millie will remain stationary. This change only when I restart yo3.
I've seen it only once and can not reproduce again.
Only investigate if this is seen by others.

Hey, Herman!
Maybe Millie just remembered something sweet from her childhood that made her stop for a while?
How long have you been waiting for Millie to move on?
I am not able to repeat this error.

Ah... :(
This must be one of these nasty error that are very hard to track down.
I leave it as it is, but hope we will find a way to repeat the error some day.

Hi Pasha :good:

I will not bore you with errors that only occasionally, but I report it anyway

Oriental landscape.

Millie walks from right to left.
Then it seems as if Millie glide instead of walk.
This occurred even once.

Hi Pasha,

I have a screenshot of Millie frozen in time.

I had let Millie walk from the tree to the fence by the house. At the fence, Millie turned around to go back toward the tree. I clicked on Millie to see if I could recreate Werner's image of Millie walking on the house. Instead, I have Millie frozen in time. I watched for atleast 5 minutes if not more. Millie stood completely still frozen in time.

The key to this mystery may be waiting until Millie turns around and clicking on her before she takes any steps.

I will keep testing this along with trying to recreate Werner's image.

Hi Pasha,

I just tried clicking on Millie while she was turning again. She was heading left toward the tree. She turned to go right toward the house. I clicked on her before she completely finished turning. She was frozen for about 1 to 2 minutes and then instead of heading right, she was heading left without a turn. It was like pieces of motion were missing.

So the key is clicking on her while she is turning or just after she turns.

I hope this information helps you out.

Hi Pasha,

I was able to repeat Millie "Frozen in Time' again. Before you start clicking on Millie every time she turns, let her walk to her limit. In Village, her limit is the fence by the house. I clicked on her again in that spot while she was turning and she was frozen in time again. My screenshot that I supplied you was from my Win7. I was just able to repeat it on my WinXP. I did a ctrl Q after 5 minutes of her being frozen.

When I look at Herman's screenshot from Oriental, it was taken at the spot that Millie always turns around on. This would be her limit in Oriental.

Now I still need to be able to repeat Werner's screenshot of Millie walking on the house.
