Can Landscape be made to fill header [Resolved]

Playing around with Yowindow as my website header as per attached image, is there any way of having the landscape image fill the full width and height 800x150

I don't think I am posing the same question again, as you can see from my example I have Yowindow as my header I was wanting to make the landscape fill the whole header. also trying to access hermanz website to see his example I was being denied because of a potential virus threat on his site. which as you will see from thread replies this hasn't been resolved at least not in my case

Where is the difference to your former question?
When you "play around a bit" you can see it is not possible with 800x150 (proportions) but very easy with 800x250.
