how remove yowindow from a web page , help!!

Good morning , i'd istalled yo window on my web page , now i need to remove it , but after i deleted the code , yo window is still there , how can i resove it.

thank Werner , i enter in my html page and i found the code that you give me , another problem i can select the code but i can't delete w/ can or backspace, why? i do some mistake or what? mybe i can't manage the page becouse i'm not the owner , i'm an recorded user of it.

in which way do you installed Yowindow? In the same way you can reinstall it! I'm also wondering why the Yowindow widget is 2 times on your site ???

Because it's been repeated a second time under the lines you've described to be deleted:

These lines need to be deleted as well.

Were you the one who installed this in the first place?
Then you should also have the access to delete it.
Can you please explain how you installed it?

This is the problem , i'ved istalled it , by copy and paste the code generated in yowindow web page , so after that i saw that the program don't show my place , but show NY, so i decise to remove it i enter in my web page and deleted the code in html , but strangeway notthing happen the program is still there , this is the first time that happen this to me , is incredible ! there are two program because tryin to remove it add the code again and add some new string , ( somebody told me that on a email coming from yowindow support, but he was not sure)..

So if i enter on web page where i copyed and paste the original source code of yo window for istall it , now all is clear , ive deleted the code and so yo can't see the code right? but if i show in mozilla the source html , the code of yowindow is still there and here i can't delete the code even if i use canc , or backspace or select and delete...
