Spyware detected by AVG in version 2.0.464

AVG detects the Win32/OpenCandy Adware/Spyware in the installation file for version 2.0.464.

Please advice.

Build 465 also triggers AVG. Difference is AVG is not able to tell which treat has been found (which is a bit odd).

Installation stops with error "Error writing file: C:\Program Files (x86)\YoWindow\yowindow.exe"

Hmmm,

I'm also using AVG.
I've had build 464 before and 465 now without any problems.
I'm using the paid (unlimited) version without adaware though.

I'm sure there's no problem with YoWindow.
Either the paid or the free version.
Are you willing to try and install it with AVG de-activated?

If so and it installs right, does AVG recognize a 'problem' once re-activated?

Temporarily disable your 'resident shield' in AVG...

Install YoWindow...

Re-enable resident shield in AVG...

Should do the trick...
