Airport Landscape - City Lights

Post by Don »

Pavel,
When YoWindow is in live mode the lights in the buildings in the far background don't turn on when it gets dark. I have to either click on a forecast or move the slider on the time bar to get them to come on; then I can click back to live mode and they will stay on. This applies to both the desktop version and the widget.

Thank you for noticing this, Don. Definetly an error.
I have fixed this, but not 100% sure.
Please check it in the new RC.

I'm sorry to have to report that as of version RC 461 this problem is not fixed. :( Also I should have said in my first post that this bug only happens when I select a location were it is daytime and let YoWindow run until it is night. If it is already dark when I select a location the lights work.

Hi Pasha,

Try using YoWindow Online to find the bug. I can get on to YoWindow Online after the sun has set and it is Night. The lights are not on. Click on the Forecast and then click on Live. The lights will now be on. This way you do not need to watch for sunset to find the bug.

I hope this information helps you out.

Hi all,
Still no joy. This image is from the widget. I got the same result with RC 462.

Hi Don,

I was waiting for you to let us know the good news!

My only question would be - Have you cleared your cache?

My desktop on Win7 and WinXP started turning lights on before sunset. The Widget did the same.

Thank you Pasha!
