Thanks or the idea!
It's very hard to do now, but we have this task in mind for long time, want to do it.
Get YoWindow weather app for your phone or tablet.

It *might* not be that hard to do. YoWindow will run as a screensaver, and you can run any screensaver as an animated wallpaper by invoking it with /p65552. But when you try "yowindow.scr /p65552" all you get is the screensaver preview image (and size) and the cursor continually shows busy. I'm not sure if this is something with YoWindow in particular or all just all flash based screensavers. If it is an all around flash problem maybe someone else has already figured out the solution.

Hey and welcome!

Unfortunally this trick will not work with YoWindow.

In case you want to know in depth details are the following.
YoWindow screensaver is programmed in an original fashion.
The screensaver window is hidden and another window is opened to display the program.
This was made to reuse running YoWindow program instance.

Even if it were possible to set YoWindow as desktop wallpaper, you will probably would not like it.
Since YoWindow in full-screen takes a lot of processor-time.
Your computer would work slow while YoWindow is running as a wallpaper.

Flash is slow in full-screen because it does not use video hardware acceleration.

Thanks for the tip, I didn't know about it!

I occassionally use the "wundermap" from Weather Underground (in the USA) as a desktop image. The wundermap is also a flash application much like YoWindow. My computer system is XP. From my experiences with the "Wundermap" you may not like the minor problems caused by flash applications on your desktop. It will play havoc with your desktop icons if used as a background or image file. It causes the desktop icons to behave in a stange manner. The icons still work but they work strangely. For that reason is why I very rarely use Weather Underground's Wundermap as a desktop image.
Maybe I am incorrect. Maybe I am using Weather Underground's Personal Weather Station (from a nearby location) which is also a flash type object/application. If so, it is called "Rapid Fire" and it updates every 5 seconds. Yes, that is what I occassionally use as a desktop image/background. But it causes the same problems as I described with the wundermap.
I imagine it would be OK to use for just a few minutes as a desktop background image. Like in an extreme weather condition. But I definitely would not advise using it (or any other flash object/application for long periods of time.
