Jim, you're a hero! That worked perfectly! So, I now have a non-crashing Firefox and a working Yowindow! I hope this helps others with this widespread Adobe problem.

Thanks, Jim. All I did was run the Adobe uninstaller. Do you mean I should have two versions on the PC? If I download 11.whatever, won't it overwrite/upgrade the downgraded version 10? I don't use IE.
