Yowindow Widget for Website Not Working

1. there is no list for locations
2. if i choose any landscape it shows only Town(beta) landscape.
3. the size I choose (760x400) has margins.

fix it pleaaaase!!!!!

This morning I notice that the web widget shows Town on my site rather than the normal Village. It also seems to be loading slower than normal.
