Hi Fred!

As mcjaa "said" in his second post in his screenshot, only "System default" is available though all the language-files are there in the appropriate directory ;)

Hmmm, the selection-box for the language doesn't get filled right for any strange reason which is unclear for now :(

yo he is to simply let time window all alone without any other program alongside close earlier if all the other programs have to restart yo window

I admire you who understood this problem better then I did.
Some English is just to hard for me.
Don't get me wrong: I admire all the efforts to write in English. Specially for those who find it hard!
