The lights of the terminal of the airport in some cities are different; for example in Fátima and Moscow. Is that normal?

It's not the cities that make the difference, it's the seasons. Spring in this case.

Exactly, Don, we are moving to a new look of terminal in the night. By the end of the week all the seasons will have terminal windows looking like on Spring picture.
