I want to know:
The astronomical data (ephemeris, sunrise and sunset, moon phases) reported by yowindow refer to the data (latitude and longitude) of the weather station (METAR) or the actual data of the place Geonames?

They refer to the geonames coordinates.
NOT METAR station coordinates.
You may see the coordinates are in Location Properties dialog.
