Hi to all,

in last days I have a lot of time this msg:

Runtime Error!
Program : \\...\..\yowindow.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in a unusual way ....

After this, the program crashed.
I have Windows 7/64b.

No idea about it?

We have not received such an error report before.

Please be more specific!
At what time this error occures, on start or after some time or on exit?
Can you repeat this error easily?

Please let me know the version of Flash Player for Internet Explorer installed on your system.
-open Internet Explorer
-visit this page
http://yowindow.com/online.html
-right click inside YoWindow and you will see the Flash version in the popup menu.

What is the build number of your copy of YoWindow (main-menu/Help/About)?

I try to reply to your questions (so sorry for my English .. is not my favourite language!).

Normally I have this error each time Window try to lunch YoWindow's screen saver, the program open a black screen with "Please wait".
After 4 of 5 minutes (or more ...) if the program don't arrive to open a program I have this message.
Many time I have it also when I try to exit from the screen saver....

The same problem of long delay program's opening I have when I try to directly open the program.

This is my version of Flash Player:
You have version 10,0,45,2 installed

I hope all is clear, I wait your idea.

What is the build number of your copy of YoWindow (main-menu/Help/About)?

Please send all the files in the following directory to me - support@repkasoft.com

C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\YoWindow
replace [your user name] with your Windows login (user) name
