RC312: Landscape Options/Display + language-file

Hi Pavel,
when choosing Options/Landscapes/General/Foreground and check or uncheck the "Show"-checkbox, it has no effect. Foreground is always displayed.
The same for the "Animate"-checkbox.
No matter what you do, if you leave the options-dialog and re-enter it the "Show"-checkbox is unchecked and the "Animate"-checkbox is checked; in the main-window the foreground is displayed and animated.
As an addition to the language-file: could you please add a string for the text in the options that says "NWS forecasts for the USA" please?
