I was just wandering if the program can scan 2 weather locations and pick the most updated forecast and conditions. Maybe this would get rid of some of the expired weather stuff some have been getting. Of course this may not work for all, but in my case I am near 2 locations.

Ah, yes, this is the way I want to go with "weather expired" problem.
But have no time now to do this
