Life-saving idea: maximum wet-bulb temperature

There's an important combination of temperature and humidity. For example, on 100% humidity, it's 31 ℃ or 88 °F where human body may be unable to maintain its core temperature by evaporating sweat. It's 38 ℃ or 100 °F on 60% humidity.
Which means, the app should be able to monitor the combination of these conditions and alert users.

It's easy. Both data are already used by the app, it's just some additional code lines to monitor them.
