Wrong temperatures

Hello,
Amatrice's (Lazio, Italy) temperature is always wrong, night and day!
e.g., now the real temperature is 16°, but Yowindow says 25°!
Instead the yr.no weather forecast page says the truth: http://www.yr.no/sted/Italia/Lazio/Amatrice~3183121/

Please, could you solve this issue?
Thank you
Roby

Dear Roby, YoWindow is taking the current weather for Amatrice from Pescara.
Pescara is the closest reliable METAR station to Amatrice.

Unfortunately, it is very far.
This is why the weather is always wrong.
I hope in the future we will partner with Weather Underground or some other weather provide to feed YoWindow with wider range of current weather stations.

I see but... you say the database of your weather stations is very limited, so why do you invite people to request the addition of new locations besides those already listed?
And above all, why do you add new small towns in your database when you know the weather forecast for them will most likely be wrong?

Thank you
Roby

Hello, Roby, we do not own weather stations.
The current weather is provided by NWS
There are at least two reasons to add new locations, even small ones to YoWindow.

1. The most accurate weather forecast for the given coordinates.
2. Astronomical events are computed precisely for the place (sunset, sun and moon)
