Hi Pasha. Would like to add my location but it's not found on yr.no
Westmoreland, NY
Rome, NY is on YoWindow also if that is any help.

What about Geonames-ID
5144103?
Westmoreland in the U.S. gives 87 results on yr.no. All i did was looking for "Westmoreland" as populated place in New York.
There i found the above ID.
