I never heard Tsiuentcheou before. In South Korea, Tsiuentcheou does not exist. Even I cannot pronounce that word.

Jeonju is the capital city of North Jeolla.

Just simply google it, you can know. I know there are several links which indicate tsiuentcheou is in South Korea but those are All Wrong.

It is really interesting, I don't know why this strange word became a city of South Korea. haha

I don't know why you provide the weather cast of cities that are much smaller than Jeonju city but not Jeonju.
Especially Iksan and Jinan which are town of Jeonju.

I think Tsiuentcheou is Jeonju in you website. Please correct the name.

This information comes from the geonames.org website: Allthough Tsiuentcheou is an official alternative name for Jeonju it seems to have been changed on geonames.org in the meantime.
Normally we take the name from geonames.org. Therefor we cannot change it. I will ask if it would be possible in this case:

Both geonames.org and yr.no seem to have changed the name in the meantime.

I have no idea why Tsiuentcheou became their official name of jeonju.
Tsiuentcheou doesn't look like a name of any city
Anyway from this case, I become know there are so many wrong information online not only yours.
