2.31.1 Android 4.4 minimum

- This is the first build of YoWindow that runs only on Android 4.4 and later.
- The sky look notably changed on tablets and TVs for better.
(Sky and Moon were too small, there were too many stars at night, too many cumulus clouds)
- Landscape drawer. Current landscape panel size reduced to give more space to other landscapes.
- Wallpaper. Static mode. Fixed a number of issues. One of them - night view of a photo was not opened.
- Major internal modifications. Beware of crashes and defects. Lots of changes.
