2.30.11 Release Candidate. Final release for Android 4.2 and 4.3

Release Candidate. We are going to release this build on Google Play unless a major flaw found.
ATTENTION: this is the last release of YoWindow for Android 4.2 and Android 4.3.
Next version will only be available for Android 4.4 and later.
The reason behind this decision - new Google libraries now support Android 4.4 and later only.
- Animated water is temporary disabled on photo landscapes. This feature is not ready for release yet.
- A number of rare crashes and defects fixed.
