b77 better snow effect

Sometimes it takes ages to solve a problem.
Today I have found a way to make snow-fall appearance much smoother.
Have a look.
You can summon snow by running YoWindow in debug mode: run debug_yowindow.bat, go to main-menu/debug/Debug weather or press Ctrl-W, then play with the weather.
