I need a real special discount for a year's supply of bicycle riding, hiking, and rockclimbing weather.

The bicycle riding weather needs to be mostly sunny with a light breeze out of the south (5 to 11 mph out of the southeast would be nice). The temperature needs to be 60 degrees fahrenheit to 80 degrees fahrenheit with low humidity. We need rain, but not until after 9:00 PM in the evening.

I can describe my hiking and rockclimbing weather later.
