How can load weather from personal weather station?

How can load weather from http://www.accuweather.com weather station ? Default weather station forcasting for my city always is incorrect and always faces to expired but accuweather.com usually faces less expired
please tell me How should set Youwindow with accuweather.com please describe ....
Manually I set it to "http://www.accuweather.com/en/ir/qazvin ... ast/210816" instead of "http://en.allmetsat.com/metar-taf/europe.php?icao=OIIK" but it's not loaded please Help...........
